{Photog} Guitars, Jeeps, and Lots of Lovin'

I had the pleasure of photographing yet another wonderful Keller family. We tried to include as much of their personal style as possible = FUN! This family was so easy going and willing to try anything I threw at them. With a love for music, and his guitar, this boy will be a famous musician one day- I'm convinced. As fellow members of the Jeep cult, I couldn't let a photograph slip by without dad's awesome burnt orange Wrangler. And oh, the smooches in this one. She's probably going to kill me for posting so many kisses, but I just couldn't resist! Look at these two lovebirds! Enjoy your preview!

{Photog} One of My Favorite Families

So, you may think I have an obsession with this sweet family, and you're probably right. You can see them here as a newborn, some things I made for here here, her room here, her announcement here, in the bluebonnets here, at Easter here, and at their house here. They-are-precious. This was a little 6 month session we did for Miss T, and some new family pics for their new house that is far, far away. We will miss them, but we are not saying god bye! This means I'll be taking a portion of my business to Houston! Look out Houstonites (pronounced U-stonites)! Here I come!

{Wear} A Future Aggie

My alumni association may disown me, but isn't she the most precious 'lil Aggie you've ever seen!?!? While I did take the pics, I'm actually showcasing this sweet little Texas A&M dress here. Coming to Etsy soon! If you can't stand the wait, email or Facebook message me for details on how to get your own.

{Photog} A Vintage, Modern, Americana Wedding

Meet my cousin, Suzanne. She just got hitched! Yeah!!! I love that her wedding had traditional and atypical details. (I'm a hopeless romantic for nostalgia, but I LOVE breaking the rules!) I love that she was brave enough to wear red for her wedding- very modern. I love the vintage details that she chose. I love that they're in love. (everyone- awwwwwww)
This preview includes pics from her bridal session, and from the wedding (that she was so nice to let me, who had never photographed a wedding, be the photographer). The bridal session location was chosen, because it's a replica of the hotel her great grandmother's family owned- very vintage. Her ruby engagement ring was her mom's ring- very vintage (but I'm not sayin' you're old, Aunt Shirley). She also wore her Mamaw's broaches in her feather hairpiece- very vintage, and our Nanny's saphire ring (something blue) in the wedding- very vintage indeed!
Enjoy your preview! Your gallery will be ready soon!

{Photog} Hay Everyone!

I've been watching them cut down my favorite beautiful tall grass fields these past couple of days, only to realize and remember how much I love the hay bales that follow. These fields would make some GREAT family Christmas card pics! Won't last long. The cows gotta eat!

{Photog} A Class Above

I can't believe it's already time to celebrate our Senior Class of 2012! I'm so excited to present to you our first senior portraits of the year. This one had so many favorites of mine, it was really difficult to choose just a few. Not only is she gorgeous, but full of laughs and loads of moves (we got our hip hop on, or at least she did). Not only did we get some beautiful pictures for her to share, but she's also going to be one of the faces for my Senior Portrait campaigns. You'll see this senorita again, very soon. Keep posted!

{Photog} Welcome Home

There's nothing like welcoming home a loved one, especially after they've been gone 9 months over seas, fighting for our country. This sweet reunion left everyone teary eyed and feeling proud. Welcome home, Callie and Ryan. We're so proud of you.

{Photog} Baby Boy Blue

I loved watching this beautiful expectant momma gush in anticipation about her baby boy. There's nothing like seeing the love a momma has for the baby she hasn't met face to face yet. I also have the pleasure of creating his newborn pictures, and can't wait to snap a few of the adoration these two have. What a sweet day that will be. Meanwhile, this gorgeous gal and her best friend endured the heat with me for these wonderful collaboratively creative snap shots. Thanks for bringing such great ideas to the table, ladies!

{Photog} Their First House

Your first house holds so many precious memories. This family, who is moving soon, invited me out to capture as many of those precious details as possible... the front porch where they sit every morning, the living room where daddy reads her stories and the pups have their favorite perch, her first room and the time she spends there, the tree that seems to have the best squirrels to chase... These memories will never fade.

{Photog} Alyson & Pepper

Meet Pepper. She's a puggle. Cute, huh? I thought so, too. Alyson and Pepper came out to play early one morning, and here's what happened... No dogs were washed in the making of this story. :)

{Photog} A Bicycle Built for Four

Meet the Hood family. Each one of them is just as precious as the next, and I adore the bond they have. We had so much fun seeing who could ride where on the bicycle and tromping by the creek and through the woods. Can't wait to do it again!
